FOR WHOM POP CULTURE ROCKS?

This witty work by Gregor Langbehn, and Moe Kamal employed both the first and second principles of the Documentary Filmmakers' Statement of Best Practices in Fair Use in creating a work that both critiqued media and culture. The jury particularly appreciated the filmmaker's use of animation.
