April 18, 9:00 AM
9:00am - 5:30pm, Washington College of Law, 4801 Massachusetts Avenue, NW - 6th Floor
The Administrative Law Review, published at the American University Washington College of Law, is having its annual symposium on Friday, April 18 from 9:00 until 5:30. This year’s symposium will examine media public interest regulation in commemoration of the upcoming fortieth anniversary of the Supreme Court’s Red Lion v. FCC decision, which required broad-casters to cover controversial issues of local importance, to provide reasonable opportunities for contrasting and dissenting viewpoints in doing so, and to observe rights of reply.
