The Fair Use Bunker Scene

Have you seen Electronic Frontier Foundation Board Chairman Brad Templeton’s remix of the popular meme “the bunker scene” from the 2004 film Downfall? In this version, Hitler is trying to stop people from making remixes by invoking the DMCA. (Meta enough for you?) EFF’s article When Fair Use Is Fairly Difficult describes what technical contortions Templeton had to go through to use his fair use rights.
